Books

Q. How can I return my books if I won't be back on campus for the rest of the semester?

The due date for all Kemp Library materials has been pushed back. Please contact the library if you'd like an extension at 570-422-3126.

If you have a book from EZBorrow (blue cover slip) or Interlibrary loan (white cover slip) this due date may have been changed. Check your library email account as you would have been notified via email.

  • You can drop off items in our bookdrop at any time.  The book drop is located to the left of the entrance of the library building.
  • Please contact 570-422-3126 with questions about these items. You can also call to renew items.
  • You can email Leona Hughes to renew your books
  • You can renew your books in Primo Library Catalog (see below box for detailed instructions)

If you do not anticipate being back on campus, you may return library materials through the mail to:

East Stroudsburg University

Kemp Library - Access Services

200 Prospect Street

East Stroudsburg, PA 18301

Our mail is being delayed, so we will check books in as soon as possible. All fines will be waived.

If you would like to come pick up books and have them waiting for you to pick up, or if they are in an area of the library you can't access like Biography, Government Documents or the Curriculum Materials Center, we will retrieve books for you and have them waiting for you.

Please note: there is a delay. Your books will not be ready until you receive a confirmation email that the items are ready for pick up.
