Where do you find books on Exercise Science in the library?  Mostly in 612.8233 and 613.71 - but you should also look at the rest of these shelving areas. All of these are shelved on the top floor of Kemp Library.

• Quantitative and Qualitative Research: Distinguishing Article Type

  This guide will help you determine if an article is secondary research (a review article), primary research or a systematic review / meta-analysis. It also distinguishes between qualitative and quantitative research methods.

  PRISMA:

  PRISMA Flow Diagram

  The flow diagram depicts the flow of information through the different phases of a systematic review. It maps out the number of records identified, included and excluded, and the reasons for exclusions.

  PRISMA Checklist

  The 27 checklist items pertain to the content of a systematic review and meta-analysis, which include the title, abstract, methods, results, discussion and funding.
