Submission Process for Other Works

What other types of works can I submit to the ESU IR?

The central scope of ESU Institutional Repository is to reflect the intellectual and creative output of ESU students, faculty, staff, administrators, and community partners. Content should be educational or research-oriented in nature. 

Examples of content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Conference papers, presentations, technical reports
  • Capstone Projects
  • University Honors Thesis
  • Course papers and projects
  • Datasets
  • Multimedia and audio-visual materials 
  • Learning objects
  • Open Educational Resources (OER)
  • Archival material produced by administrative offices and academic units such as newsletters, administrative reports, strategic plans, and conference/special events materials.

Submit your Scholarly or Creative Work to the ESU IR

 

STEP 1:  Fill out the applicable fields of the ESU Institutional Repository (ESU IR) Submissions web form.

STEP 2:  Upload your work as a PDF, JPG, or other file.

STEP 3:  Sign and attach the Rights & Permission Form for each author.
